Refund Eligibility

  • Products received with manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Orders containing incorrect or damaged items
  • Products that do not meet the agreed specifications
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of order placement

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Cancellations made after production has started
  • Standard wear and tear or normal product usage
  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Custom or bespoke orders once production has commenced
Refund Request Process
  1. Notify us immediately: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  2. Documentation: Provide order details, product photos, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Quality assessment: Our team will assess the claim and determine eligibility within 3-5 business days.
  4. Resolution: We will either issue a replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on the assessment.
  5. Return shipment: For refund approvals, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the defect is our fault.
Refund Timeline

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned products and confirming the defect.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds: If partial refunds are issued for specific defects, the amount will be calculated based on the extent of the issue.

Special Cases & Exceptions

Bulk Orders: For large orders, refund terms may be negotiated individually. Please contact our sales team for details.

International Orders: Refunds for international shipments may be subject to customs and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom or Bespoke Products: These items are typically non-refundable once production has started, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
